Recently
year six has taken part in the World Music Project especially for
feeder schools to the Vyne. They thoroughly enjoyed it and would
like to do something similar again. "It
was great fun!" said Ben of 6M.
Two
musicians, Morissio from Chile and Rachel visited Four Lanes
and worked with the year six children on Monday and Tuesday.
On Wednesday they joined with children from Oakridge and South
View and performed to parents at the Vyne School.
"I
enjoyed performing" said Emma of 6M. 6G played
the panpipes. "It was
interesting to play instruments from different countries," said
Chris of 6G.
6M
composed their own music and 6W created their own song called
The Wind. "I enjoyed being able to play
my violin," said Jennifer of 6W.
